I think the videos were informative; insightful and helpful to understand the whole processes; factors involved etc. The Virtual session was lively and interesting. It stimulated lots of thought processes.
I learnt a lot from listening to other people’s leadership styles/ issues. I think this has helped me to understand how my styles might clash, complement others and how I can try to avoid any issues. I also thought talking aloud to others about your strengths and weaknesses was a fantastic way to really own these. The individual feedback was exceptionally helpful.
One to One session was very open, Interactive and thought provoking, also having a wide range of candidates meant we can have input from people at different stages of their career.
Fantastic course really helped me to think about different types of leadership and how they might suit different situations. Also learned a lot about my personality, and how I can use this as an asset.
I am very much impressed with Lisa 's response to the learning log and feedback. My reflective writing is improved following the feedback and approach to conflict resolution is changed and now I can apply the leadership principle as per situation.
I recently completed the Foundation of Surgical Leadership course and was thoroughly impressed by the experience and expertise of the speakers. Their insights into leadership within a surgical context were invaluable. I particularly appreciated "the focus on personal and relational leadership" or "the practical strategies for managing conflict". The course provided me with a deeper understanding of effective leadership, and I came away with practical tools that I can immediately apply in my own work. I highly recommend this course to any surgeon looking to develop their leadership skills.
It is a very helpful course for everyone in a leader position . it is a guiding lamp to a proper healthy leadership.
