A one day conference hosting a variety of sessions for trainers offering updates on current training challenges and also a series of workshops with practical take away tips for trainers to use in the workplace

This half day conference is aimed at surgical trainers of all levels such as Consultants & SAS) and Surgical Trainees

1. To provide relevant updates to surgical trainers
2. To engage the faculty membership

1. Learn how sports psychology can be used for better surgical performance
2. Understand how to identify, support and work with trainees who are neurodiverse
3. Learn about challenging feedback conversations from live simulation

This conference is accepting abstracts for oral presentation. You are invited to submit abstracts on surgical Education and Training. The deadline for submission is the 8th of February at 23.59.
