Oscar Mackay - Consultant Mechanical Engineer 

As a mechanical engineering consultant, Oscar uses his knowledge of electro-mechanical systems to support a variety of engineering projects across the medical device development cycle. Since joining Team, Oscar has worked across the continuum of care from surgical devices, POC diagnostics to autoinjector programs both on the design and development of products but also developing automated test equipment to validate device performance.   

Oscar’s main passion is surgical technology where he loves collaborating with innovative surgeons, learning about and watching surgical procedures and developing surgical devices. Oscar has worked on several minimally invasive surgical instruments, robotic patient positioning systems as well as a range of other surgical tools and devices.
