Overview of Oral Surgery in Primary Dental Care
20th May 2025, 19:00 to 20:00 BST
Overview
Oral Surgery is a specialty that has for some years been delivered largely in hospitals, meaning GDPs have had to refer their patients and become subsequently unfamiliar with how an oral surgery patient is managed. Now that some oral surgery patients are being managed in primary care, the speaker wishes to furnish GDPs with the familiarity of how oral surgery is performed with a view to empowering them to take on their own cases when appropriate.
Aims
To help GDPs understand how routine dento-alveolar surgery is delivered in dental practice.
