Overview
This webinar will present several Interactive case-based scenarios focusing on the tips and pitfalls of acute dislocations, focusing on the Relevant anatomy & Pathology; Structural lesions; Clinical Findings; Imaging; BESS management pathway and Risk of recurrence factors.
Aims
- To update and inform on the current management of acute shoulder instability;
- Highlight the common pitfalls in the diagnosis and treatment of acute shoulder instability.
- Illustrate the above with common case scenarios.

By the end of this webinar, attendees should be able to:
- Recognise acute dislocations and common associated injuries
- Understand imaging and when to use it
- Understand common imaging pitfalls
- Update on best practice management using the BESS pathway
- Recognise the risk factors for recurrent instability.
