Overview

This interactive session will provide a unique opportunity for surgeons and surgical trainees in India and other countries to get an overview of MRCS exams, RCSEd sponsorship programmes and surgical training in UK. Speakers include the Vice-President of RCSEd and International Surgical Ambassadors of RCSEd who have extensive experience of work and training in UK.

Aims

To help practising surgeons and surgical postgraduates to succeed in MRCS exams and to obtain information on RCSEd sponsorship programmes for surgical training.

Learning Objectives

By the end of this webinar, attendees should be able to:

  • Learn about the history, legacy and contributions of RCSEd to education and training.

  • Understand the structure of MRCS exams and learn about tips to succeed.

  • Get an overview of the sponsorship programmes for surgical training in UK, available through the International Postgraduate deanery of RCSEd.
