Wellbeing Week Yoga Class

Overview

Join yoga insructer Katie Grant for an hour long yoga class during our Wellbeing Week. This class is for mixed-ability, there will be options for beginners as well as those more familiar with yoga. Please have a mat, and wear loose comfortable clothing.

This session will take the form of a Zoom Meeting and participants can choose to have their camera on or off.
