Are we deluded to aspire to the same mental health outcomes wherever we live?

A panel discussion of the EFRA Report into Rural Mental Health

25th July 2023

Overview

The Faculty of Remote, Rural and Humanitarian Healthcare is delighted to host a new webinar discussing the latest report on rural mental health from the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs Committee.

Following concerns identified about gaps in rural mental health, MPs on the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (EFRA) Committee embarked on a wide-ranging inquiry into rural mental health in November 2021.

The report of that inquiry was published in May 2023. In this webinar a panel of experts will discuss its findings and look to how services might respond to it.

The report can be found here: https://publications.parliament.uk/pa/cm5803/cmselect/cmenvfru/248/report.html
