Safety in Health and Care
The RCSEd Patient Safety Group (PSG) have made sure maximising patient safety and ensuring the highest possible standards of patient care have been at the heart of the College’s activity.
The PSG are pleased to present the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh Safety in Health and Care webinar series. Aimed at raising awareness of patient safety across all specialties, this series features contributions from renowned experts in the patient safety arena drawn from a wide range of disciplines. Covering topics such as patient safety principles, the WHO Surgical Safety Checklist, risk management and safety culture, quality improvement, and the implications of robotic surgery, technology and artificial intelligence for safety in health and care, the series reflects the breadth of topics shaping safety in health and care.
