In this webinar, Dr Gauri Seth, founder of Attune In, draws on her clinical background and coaching practice to explore why this balance is often so hard, and what can genuinely help. Trainees and consultants will come away with practical strategies for managing competing demands and thriving in both worlds, rather than simply surviving them.

Dr Gauri (Verma) Seth - Founder, Attune In.
Dr Gauri Verma Seth is a former NHS doctor and Academic Clinical Fellow in psychiatry. She has experience working in psychotherapy, and is now the founder of Attune IN® a self-paced connection science platform for parents. Gauri is a mother of three and married to a urology consultant in London; as such she understands the other perspective. She now works as a coach and educator, and specialises in helping working parents, including surgeons and consultants, navigate the intersection of demanding careers and family life, drawing on her Brain-Based Connection® coaching methodology.
